Our Creative & Design Scope
We took full control of the event’s visual and strategic lifecycle. Because this was a live event, our design and content had to work in the digital world and the physical world simultaneously.
- Full-Scale Branding: We designed all on-site assets, including banners, beach flags, and vouchers, ensuring the Kahuna brand was visible from every angle of the beach.
- Storytelling for the "Non-Kiter": We produced high-quality Reels and content specifically designed to appeal to people who don't kite but love the lifestyle, focusing on the music, the DJs, and the party atmosphere.
- Real-Time Coverage: During the event, our team provided live content coverage, pushing out same-day updates to drive "last minute" attendance for the finals.
Advertising Strategy
Our strategy was built on momentum. We didn't just run ads; we created a "countdown" effect across the entire island.
- The Phase-Out Method: We started with awareness content to warm up new audiences, then ramped up ad spend and posting frequency as the event date approached.
- Multi-Channel Reach: We leveraged Meta (Instagram/Facebook) for visual hype and Google Ads (YouTube, Gmail, and Discover) to capture a broader audience across Cyprus at a low cost.
- Frequency & Visibility: By maintaining high ad frequency, we ensured that Kahuna was the most visible lifestyle brand in Cyprus in the weeks leading up to the event.
